A Question of Quilting As part of the new collection, we are relaunching our whole outerwear lineup. Starting with our recycled Eco-tech with its ultralight characteristic and modern “silky” appearance, this fabric completely replaces our old nylon tech, which we have run for some years. The Eco Tech fabric is sustainably engineered from recycling post-consumer garments and textiles, regenerated into high-performance polyester that matches the quality and feel of new fiber—combining responsible innovation with elevated style. The updated fabric gave us an opportunity to look at some of our styles and, in particular, upgrade the quilting we had offered in the past. The new 4’x4’ quad quilt adds softness to the finished garment and feels more elevated, similar to quilting you would see in more designer outerwear. Each style in our collection is now available only in this new quilting style, and each one, whilst looking different, all work amazingly well for travel, with characteristic lightness, warmth, and can be easily packed or worn for fall travel.
